Our Inside Sales Team of Commercial Lighting Specialists manages territories and generates revenue by responding to incoming leads, managing and growing an existing commercial base of customers, and by identifying new leads through telesales prospecting.

All Inside Sales professionals participate in a comprehensive training program to become Certified Lighting Specialists through the National Association of Independent Lighting Distributors (NAILD). Sales reps will participate in a training curriculum at Philips Lighting Company and will have the opportunity to hone their sales skills through Sandler Training. is committed to developing the most knowledgeable Lighting Specialists in the industry.

Top Commercial Sales Reps at are making $80K to $95K. offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $30-$35K, no cap commission, medical, dental, disability, 401K, stock options, life insurance, and paid vacation.
