Dispatch has built a network of over 50,000 contractors who are completing more than 40,000 jobs per day on the platform. We’re on the hunt for a talented Presales Solutions Consultant  to help us build an even stronger, more robust product.


You Will:

  • Be the subject matter expert on product features, with the ability to communicate those features to customers
  • Identify and define customer requirements and execute technology solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Solve our customers’ challenges in a combination of presales activities, including discovery to understand the customer journey.
  • Give demos to show our how software can help create operational efficiencies and improve customer experiences.
  • Drive deeper business process discovery to understand the workflows inside the company, and then deliver complex solutioning to explain how we can deliver on our promises.
  • Be a liaison to the Product organization for what our customers are asking for to help inform the Product Roadmap.
  • Partner with the Sales Executive, Professional Services, and management, all with one goal: to sell a successful Dispatch project, and as a result, have a happy customer.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, start-up culture that expects great things every day.

You Are:

  • A highly analytical thinker capable of high-level abstraction.
  • Able to conduct a needs analysis and quickly communicate how a Dispatch solution matches a customer’s business process.
  • Energetic and flexible with a good sense of humor. 
  • An effective communicator with the commercial skills necessary to structure presentations and proposals for delivery to top professionals.
  • Both functionally and technically able to map workflows into our software.
  • Self-directed, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills.
  • A strong listener.
  • Willing to be a key part of the pursuit team, both in the presales role as well as part of the deal strategy team.
  • Skilled at establishing credibility at all levels with the client, and building problem-solving partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A graduate of a B.S or B.A. programming in computer science, economics, business administration or a related field.
  • Willing to have frequent short stay travel
  • Able to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems.
  • Are local and able to work in our Boston, MA (North End) office daily.



$95,000 per year base salary + commission, plus equity and industry-leading benefits.
