Job Responsibilities

Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. This position will act as a Cava Convention Center Sales Coordinator. The job duties include:

• Consulting w/ clients to process all orders for Convention Center events
• Develop an excellent rapport with all Convention Center clients
• Maintaining accurate current Convention Center agreements and ensuring that WEWCC production staff and operations are kept up to date on most recent changes
• Ensure all Convention Center agreements have the proper signatures and payment info.
• Responsible for processing all Convention center agreements
• Attends all convention center events as scheduled and meets the client on site to ensure the highest customer service
• Coordinate and supervise set-up and execution of Catering events as needed.
• Complete and produce accurate and up to date Sales Projections
• Attend all Convention Center production meetings
• Assist with marketing
• Assist with creating, updating and changing all convention center menus
• Along with Catering Sales Director will all be the contact for all catering sales/operations at D.C. Convention Center
• Produce on a regular basis client alcohol inventories.
• Complete and produce accurate and up to date Convention Center Business Operations reports regularly.
• Assist in marketing efforts and promotional events with Sales Director (menus, tastings)
• Assist with any office reports (Employee Labor Report, Sales, schedule/time sheet)

Qualifications

? Previous guest services experience required
? Previous cash handling experience preferred
? Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
? Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
? Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
