Diamond Tours, Inc. a National Group Tour and Travel Operator, is HIRING! We provide Group Motorcoach Travel for Senior Citizens, Church Groups and Travel Agents. Since 1987, millions of Group Travelers have experienced a Diamond Tour. We are seeking a a dynamic, experienced Sales Professional capable of selling multi-day group Motorcoach Tours to US residents traveling within the United States and Canada.

We offer a robust compensation package, which includes an excellent salary ($50K), paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and personal days), health insurance, and a health savings account. We also offer a commission structure based on sales revenue-employees who are successful are eligible to earn $15K+ in additional bonuses each year. Preferred Candidates:

• Have three or more consecutive years with the same employer.
• Have experience in Hospitality or customer service, but we will consider any candidate who is invested in providing good customer service while selling wholesale group tours
• College degree preferred
• Able to multitask
• Are eager to learn
• Are interested in doing work that is important-our work makes a difference in the world!
• Have an excellent work ethic and are interested in maximizing their income by effectively managing relationships and meeting deadlines

About the Sales Consultant Role:

All work is done via telephone in our Fort Myers location.

Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM. There is no travel required for this position. This is an in-office position.

All sales leads will be provided for you.

Commission varies on the ability to close a sale with our customers, both new and many of whom have been traveling with us for many years.

The successful Diamond Tours Sales candidate must be self-directed, with a high sense of urgency and an upbeat personality that comes across over the phone. You must also be experienced operating a computer. You will be trained on how to use our in-house software.

We are looking for friendly people with depth of experience in sales, who have the ability to persuade, understand the Senior Citizen market and have a high level of customer service.
