Now Hiring - Sales Representative - US/Northeast or Southeast Region in Sioux Falls, SD

This is a great opportunty for a solid sales performer! The sales representative will be assigned key customer accounts and also have the opportunity to establish new sales growth opportunitiies by identifying current customer needs and potential new customers for the label print industry. The sales representative will create positive customer outcomes by providing innovating labeling solutions! This position has great earning potential in a multi-state trade terrigory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive team and customer relationships.
• Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region.
• Analyze market research to determine customer needs and potential new customer’s needs.
• Identify and develop new business prospects through a combination of cold calling, networking, video, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets.
• Answers inquiries from customers regarding products, their uses, and the industry at large.
• Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of customers.
• Create sales proposals for customers and prospects.
• Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders to customer service team.
• Create, read or pull reports through Label Trax or other software to track sales/customer data as needed.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets, outcomes and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with plant personnel, customer service and prepress to deliver customer solutions as needed.
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Treat all employees and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy.
• Regularly update and maintain Sales Force CRM for internal reporting.
• Must follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’S), and company policies.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; and/or prior sales experience (preferably in the print/label industry).
• Well-developed sales skills and in-depth knowledge of target market industries.
• Technical knowledge of printing industry is beneficial.
• Excellent oral / written communication skills including presentation skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships and be open to feedback.
• Strong time management and organizational skills needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to travel - up to 40% of the time.
