Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or personal training studio?

The Assistant Training Director/ Manager In Training has the same responsibilities as the General Manager. The Assistant Director and General Manager are the most important roles in our LA Fitness clubs.

LA Fitness is rapidly expanding and is in need of 6+ Fitness Directors throughout our health clubs in the Tucson/Marana/Oro Valley area.

Responsibilities include:

-Touring guests around our health clubs and assessing each guests' individual need for our location

- Managing schedules for almost all employees in the club

-Selling memberships, personal training, group training, and other club amenities

-Maintaining the cleanliness of the club when needed

-Hiring trainers, marketing team members, and entry level couselors

Our assistants can advance to Fitness Director or General Manager within 60 days of maintaining the position. We allow any type of motivated employee to make any level of income they desire. Your bonus will depend on pre-determined sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
