Job Description:  *  *

You will help drive new business revenue through both inbound and outbound lead generation. You will work with our marketing team to improve our campaigns and messaging; and you will partner closely with our sales team to create and execute on a territory plan. This is a fun, fast-paced and yet challenging environment. You will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation.   

  

Responsibilities:   *  *

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and inbound lead follow-up 
  • Follow up on handraisers (Demo requests/contact us) and assign to appropriate rep.  
  • Track lead generation, engagement, and performance through [please apply online] and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to a prospect's needs 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build a sales strategy for generating new prospects and campaigns 
  • Maintain sales data through Salesforce that will influence monthly/quarterly sales reports, pipelines, forecasts, etc. 
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives 

Requirements:   *  *

  • 1-2 years of prior BDR or Sales experience 
  • Well versed in B2B technology audiences, specifically IT, Networking, Security and technical C-level roles   
  • Experience with tools such as SFDC, Salesloft, Linkedin, Zoominfo, etc. 
  • Open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment where agility and pivoting are a regular part of the journey   
  • Confident in setting and committing to goals and KPI’s and driving to meet/exceed targets   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and thoughtful with high attention to detail    
  • Able to travel  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 base. Our job titles span more than one career level. Actual base pay is dependent upon many factors including but not limited to training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and location.
