Retail Sales Associates at elite jewelers chandler Az are responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives while providing superior customer service

•Ability to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals

•Provide features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales

•Create business through various methods of client ling

•Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every elite jeweler's guest

•Participate in all areas of the store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance

• Proven history of selling in a commission environment
• Performing duties related to opening or closing the store.
• Superior communication skills
• High internal motivation
• Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities
• One to three years of jewelry retail experience is preferable
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

As a member of the store team, your role as a jewelry sales associate is to develop strong customer relationships while maximizing sales performance as a jewelry expert.

• You will help provide exceptional store experiences for each and every customer while developing your skills as a salesperson and teammate.
• Cultivating an in-depth knowledge of our products to provide the best experience possible for our customers
• Assisting with maintaining an accurate inventory of all merchandise and ensuring merchandise security.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
