Now Hiring - Aftermarket Sales Manager in Waukesha, WI

Job Summary: The Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for assisting to identify and drive aftermarket parts sales for Industrial Product through Generac Industrial Dealers. This position will identify parts / kit sales opportunities; develop programs, pricing and reports to drive sales. They will also develop total cost of operation models to support Generac Industrial business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify parts branding opportunities based upon dealer feedback and unit sales Contact Industrial Dealers and build relationships to drive sales Monitor and report on sales programs Prepare for sales negotiations Identify and coordinate the development of aftermarket part kits and programs for industrial generators Work cross functionally with engineering, product management, global sourcing, purchasing as project leader to develop parts and kits for new and existing industrial products Develop total cost of operation models to support Generac Industrial business

Minimal Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
2 years of experience working with industrial products or aftermarket parts distribution in technical or customer service environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor, Technical Degree
Experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
Previous sales experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of Industrial Aftermarket Parts
Knowledge of Industrial Products (ability to operate each product)
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP, Windchill Engineering Systems
Demonstrated ability to begin, complete, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external cross-functional relationships
Excellent computer, verbal, math skills
Coachable
Detailed oriented, organized
Business acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid quantitative skill set and the ability to analyze, think, and communicate with well-supported data

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Up to 20% travel.
