The district sales manager is responsible for managing the district inside the sales force. Working with sales reps, IRRs, PM's, and DM on all things sales related

Essential Job Duties:
  • Assist with the overall management of sales personnel, customer service, and product issues throughout the District
  • Assist IRR with MSO and Insurance DRP presentations, tours, meetings
  • Make sales presentations on all product lines
  • Actively search and recruit new target customers, develop accounts, increase customer count
  • Assist in the training and development of sales reps within the District
  • Implement Company/District marketing and sales plans and monitor results
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials to enhance product sales
  • Be familiar with company product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to customers
  • Help manage the reduction of returns and allowances through training and development of sales representatives and customer relationships
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Some college coursework desired. Minimum five years experience with sales and management.
  • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must be able to work in cooperation with Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively with others. Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and some travel.
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position requires individuals to have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to detail
