is growing! We are looking for a Design Consulatant who lives in the Colorado Springs area. We are the nation's #1 bathroom remodeling program. We are seeking qualified individuals to join our Sales Team as Design Consultants. We are the exclusive bathroom remodeling partner for Lowe's and The Home Depot in our market, and we are hiring candidates who possess a perfectionist level of skill and attention to detail, provide excellent customer service, like to be challenged, are goal-driven, and bring a great attitude to the table while making real money.

If you are not achieving the income you deserve, are not getting the training you need, and would like to have the opportunity to get in front of truly qualified appointments, come join us. We are looking to “Certify” Design Consultants in our industry. We will train you to sell Design and Remodeling Services to our customers and only put you in front of qualified appointments. You will not be working over the phone setting appointments or cold calling. You will be in front of our customers, Design Consulting, and Selling our services to qualified leads. Successful Design Consultants consistently make a minimum of $90,000 in commissions annually.

Qualified candidates will be outgoing, dependable, enjoy closing sales and making money.

Main responsibilities

1) Relationship building with our customers

2) Provide customers with an amazing in-home experience. Educate, design, and accurately price new Bathroom Remodeling Services.

3) Close.

  • Ability to learn and master our sales process.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Highly professional approach and appearance
  • Ability to instantly build rapport with customers
  • Maintain a consistent attendance record missing minimal work
  • Organized, Self-disciplined, and a quick learner
  • Have a passion for our brand, and products
  • Demonstrate competency with computers and other electronic offices/business equipment
  • Must have a passion for meeting customer’s needs and shares the company’s vision in valuing customer loyalty and retention
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work with our customers in their homes
