Position: Inside Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate HVAC equipment sales to all accounts
• Generate Equipment Proposals, Submittal packages, equipment selections, specifications, and any other information required to facilitate sales.
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers including walk-in, telephone calls, and email requests
• Establish and maintain good relations with outside sales team on all quotes and order information to maximize closing opportunities and provide a good customer experience.
• Maintain and update project quote files
• Track and Follow-Up on all quotes to increase closing opportunities
• Follow-through on orders from input to delivery to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates should have business and technical experience
• Project coordination and logistic experience are a plus
• Trade School and/or HVAC selling experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills and common software literacy
• Efficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Solid critical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills
• High level of personal accountability; sense of urgency and self-initiative is a must
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work without continuous direction

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge of working with HVAC contractors
