Compensation: $47,000 to $52,000 annually; Commensurate with experience

Role Purpose:

The Sales Intelligence Analyst will develop relationships with our partners, prospective clients, and existing clients to deliver our message. They will promote and help brand our message through multiple venues including social media, webinars, and events. They will support and help achieve the company’s business development goals by using the TargetGov sales Process and clearly articulating the company’s value proposition in the federal marketplace. Additionally, works collaboratively with business development, executive, administrative, and technical level personnel throughout the company to meet revenue and profit goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Follow a prescribed discipline to research prospects, perform outreach and set up appointments with key decision makers and influencers, then gather and disseminate intelligence internally.
  • Actively participate in the Business Development pipeline meetings and follow up on action items. Update company business development/CRM data base and produce management reports.
  • Support sales activities by customizing collateral materials, attending industry events as necessary, and disseminating materials to prospects and partners as requested.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional personnel to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & Events teams to disseminate marketing messages and communicate strong, clear branding to targeted audiences. This includes but is not limited to social media, website content, collateral materials, trade show booths, article placement and press releases.
  • All other duties necessary to help the company achieve its growth goals

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work on multiple detailed projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to write clearly, accurately, and informatively, adapting writing style to specific audience or purpose
  • Persistence and tact to reach out to others to gather information and set up appointments
  • Active listening and ease in asking questions and resourcefulness in solving problems that may not have straightforward solutions
  • Intermediate to advanced-level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media and Internet research skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills, in both individual and group settings. Terrific interpersonal skills with a “pitch-in to get it done” and “willingness to help others succeed” mentality
  • Comfortable working independently and on collaborative teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the federal procurement industry
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Experience in Basecamp or similar project management software
