Our Main Objective

We have two main functions. Acquire new customers to State Farm. Provide policy service to existing customers.

We want to be a professional to help customers understand the best insurance and financial products that will save them from a financial crisis when the unexpected happens.

Job Description

We are hiring new team member who is able to sell and acquire new customers, cross sell and provide guidance to existing customers, and provide accurate friendly service.

Your duties will include

• identifying and calling prospects, contacting our leads who expressed interest in our products, follow up with prospects and customers.
• Identify customer needs, and make appropriate products and service recommendations
• Assist customers in policy service and transactional matters

Compensation

There is a base rate + commission /bonus. In any sales organization, it is expected that some compensation be derived from sales activities. .
