AFC Industries is a Full-Service Industrial Distributor offering Supply Chain Solutions including Vendor Managed Inventory services, kitting, private labeling, and other inventory management solutions to OEM Manufactures and Assembly Plants. [please apply online] an Inside Sales Account Manager for AFC, you will provide customer service, manage order flow, create and present quotes, schedule, and process product orders shipments for customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide stellar customer service to exceed expectations
• Determine and manage overall and product specific customer pricing
• Manage order flow, schedule, and expedite products when needed
• Assist with preparation and delivery of presentations to customer
• Analyze program data and make recommendations based on findings
• Work with team to identify opportunities to improve VMI program, increase sales, and provide a better experience for the customer

What you need:

• College Degree preferred; A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years related work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & thrive in a team environment
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks
• Solid Excel skills as well as working knowledge of other Microsoft products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
