Are you an upbeat, customer centric technology partner who takes accountability and seeks to consistently win? If so, join Lytx's growing Indirect Business team as a Partner Sales Engineer! In this role you will act as a product and technology consultant for our largest tier-1 partners, empowering and enabling them to build our Lytx Vision technology into their native product. You will support some of the largest vehicle technology companies in the world on a global scale in this highly cross-functional role.
You’ll get to:
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (including post sales, product marketing, operations and legal) to deliver a world class experience for our partners during the sales cycle, product deployment, and ongoing utilization of our solutions
  • Collaborate with both Lytx and partner sales, product, and R&D teams to create a joint product vision and strategy to drive partner sales
  • Expertly deliver technical sales presentations and describe Lytx’s product vision to influence partners
  • Successfully onboard partners within the Lytx partner onboarding program and operating model
  • Deliver technical explanations of our products through presentations, demonstrations, and POCs either remotely or onsite
  • Support related activities around technical and sales enablement, including organizing and hosting webinars, attending trade shows/conferences, and onsite visits to maintain and grow the Lytx partner technical community and build their video telematics business
  • Provide technical advice and support the partner management team to ensure the Lytx platform offerings are positioned accurately, are understood from a technical perspective, and address technical questions/concerns
  • Develop and drive an enablement plan with the partner’s technical staff
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years’ experience with a combination of sales and sales engineering
  • Experience in technical relationship management; including sophisticated sales partnerships for both technical and non technical audiences
  • Strong relationship building experience; including excellent listening skills
  • Strong analytical skill with the ability to anticipate and understand partners’ business needs
  • Savvy communicator who can navigate complex situations
  • Requires up to 25% travel
  • Demonstrates strong product management skills
  • Familiarity with partner business models and sales motions
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and services
  • Experience with SaaS based solutions
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, and problem solving skills

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$137,814.31 - $168,439.71
