Description

The healow team is looking to add a highly motivated leader to join the rapidly growing Patient Engagement team. This individual will be bringing in solid health management solutions experience along with proven revenue growth expertise. You will be required to establish strong relationships with executive and management teams at various eClinicalWorks practices and customers. You will be accountable for the full sales cycle, including client presentations, analysis, lead nurturing, data gathering to contracting. This individual will report directly into the healow business unit head and will be a highly visible position. Other responsibilities include managing other channels like trade shows, eCW day events and other shows to sign-up customers. The position will perform need analysis for customers and clearly articulate the value of many of the healow products to the customer, perform services-led selling and help practices understand how they can better their online presence.

SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager- healow Pay will lead all sales, support, and product analysis of the healow Pay service for customers across the United States. The Manager will sell the healow Pay service to current and prospected customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead business development and sales of healow Pay product line
  • Lead Business Development and Sales operations for healow Pay
  • Assist with healow Pay implementations
  • Work with product analysts, project managers, development team, and other internal business units to implement product changes and updates based on customer requests
  • Develop an understanding of the products, issues, and needs of practices and businesses based on specialty and geographical area(s) in order to provide feedback on how to better serve them
  • Identify practice requirements and challenges in increasing healow Pay adoption

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of payment sales experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • eCW Product Certification
  • 1 year of direct people management experience
