Sales Representative - Scientific

As an industry leader for two decades, GA International offers laboratory sample tracking solutions to the life science, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

We are looking to hire a motivated Scientific Sales Representative to manage sales opportunities and prospect new clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking to clients on the phone. They will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a science background, and a team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Account management: Maintain relationships with key accounts and grow lifetime value.
• Business development: Prospect and reach out to potential clients through cold calls. Attend industry event occasionally.
• Inbound: Answer sales inquiries by phone and email, send quotes, recommend products.

Requirements

• Sales experience (minimum 1 year)
• Degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related field is an asset
• Be available to travel occasionally
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.

This is a contractor position.
