DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE
$1,500 to $4,000 Weekly in Commissions

We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives to sell to the small business market. We have a large variety of sign and storefront marketing products that sell between $800.00 to $15,000.00. The average sale is $4,000.00, which generates commissions of $650.00 to $800.00 (based on a 15% to 20% commission rate). In addition, you have the opportunity to earn several thousand dollars more in monthly bonus money. It is common for our sales representatives to earn between $1,500.00 to $4,000.00 per week.

This is a commission-only opportunity and our sales process is structured so you receive your commissions immediately upon making the sale.

We train our people to use a consultative selling approach to independent retail business owners. Our method of prospecting utilizes a combination of leads, referrals and cold-calling.

We have a comprehensive training/orientation program.

This position is a stepping stone to our District and Regional Manager positions. We promote our management from within. If you are interested in advancement within the company, the opportunity is available. Both our President and CEO started as salespeople.

Signtronix is the leading producer of outdoor electric and electronic signage for the small business community and has been in existence for over 45 years. We are based in Torrance, CA and have a presence in every state in America.

RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:

At least one year of outside, direct sales experience with a track record of closing sales. The ability to work independently since you will be responsible for your daily schedule and routine (we train you for the best results during your training period).

The ability to work on a commission-only basis – with the understanding that this truly does bring unlimited earning potential to you – as long as you are willing to do the work and follow the program.
