Our flat rate advertising service approach is changing the way businesses advertise online. We are an Internet Advertising and Marketing company with the traditional Add Agency feel.

Description

The Field Sales Rep will be primarily responsible for ad sales revenue for a variety of sites that cater towards specific niche markets. The position will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing. This is a commission only compensation structure with very high payouts giving the reps the ability to make a six figure income with no cap. If you think you can sell you will find no other comp plan that pays like this.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads via telemarketing, referrals, etc., to obtain maximum sales and potential volume from all markets in assigned territory. Set up appointments and make sales presentations. Understand and maintain current knowledge on the companys products, services, features, benefits and applications for their given services and systems.

Experience

3-5+ years outside B2B sales
Proven history of working with C-Suite or Sr. level executives
Strong outside closing skills, cold calling and prospecting in a way that generates a strong number of sales presentations, proposals and revenue


SKills

Face-to-Face sales experience
Must have great follow up skills (email, phone, voicemail, etc.)
Strong background in sales and lead generation
Results driven with desire to succeed
Must be articulate, a self starter, possess high energy and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
Willingness to make 25-50 outbound calls a day with detailed follow up and the ability to manage both inside and outside sales schedules
Highly motivated
Excellent business networking skills
Determined, resilient, and persistent
Strong influencing skills
No job hoppers
Hunter mentality, aggressive closer

Education

No specific requirement, previous sales experience is more important than a particular degree can you sell or not

Compensation

100% commission based with bonus structure. Commission start at 25% of sales and go as high as 35%. Products range from $2,400 to $10,000+
