Kommunity Kiosk Inc. is an industry leader in interactive local information, touch screen directories and kiosks for the hotel industry since 1996. We are expanding nationwide and are in search of Regional Sales Mangers who are looking for an exciting and lucrative opportunity with a growing firm.

Region Managers report directly to the National Sales Manager and must possess and demonstrate the follow skills and traits to be considered for this position:

The candidates selected will receive complete product and system training and will be responsible for initiating contact with hotels and sponsors (advertiser), then obtaining local information to be installed on the information kiosk and overseeing the installation of each kiosk. Each hotel is considered its own advertising market, which the Region Manager will either sell into themselves or staff by recruiting, training, managing and motivating the district sales managers (which would account for approximately 12 hotels per district). A Region Manager can manage up to 15 districts, so some local travel is required.
Hotels, with 125 rooms or more, love this program:
• The system is virtually free (with only a nominal set up fee) to the hotel – all they
do is connect it to the internet
• It saves their front desk and bell staff a lot of time and effort
• It gives them a “high tech” resource in the front lobby
• Many times staff people don’t live in the area or have first hand information about
local restaurants, shops and attractions and therefore kiosks allow hotels’ guests to
make more informed decisions about where to eat, shop and play.
• The hotel receives a percentage of the renewal advertisements on the first
anniversary
Advertising fees average $450 per year for a fully digital posting; listing a full description of the establishment, photos, menu (for restaurants) and printable directions, on the local hotel’s kiosk, for an example click here.
Commissions are paid weekly, on all fully paid advertisements. Monthly bonuses and overrides are paid on the 15th of the month, following the close of the month. Annual renewals create a residual business model, with an average of 80% of the sponsors (advertisers) renewing their business each year.
There is NO investment required as a Region or District Manager.
Region Managers are expected to generate personal income in excess of $150,000 first year based on performance. Compensation is a combination of personal sales commissions, bonus and overrides on district sales manager's performance.
