N2 Publishing, Americas leading provider of neighborhood publications, is seeking an energetic and motivated, sales-driven individual. In this role, you will meet with community board members to arrange the publication of newsletters for their neighborhood. You will also speak with local business owners and residents to coordinate the publications advertisements. As an Advertising Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for generating revenue (in the form of ads) from the communitys private publication. This will largely entail working with business owners and residents through cold calls, referrals, and appointments.

As an Advertising Sales Manager, your principle responsibility will lie in scheduling appointments meeting one-on-one with business owners, community administrators and residents. You will also devote some time to backend business responsibilities which may include a little writing and editing.
Additional responsibilities of the Advertising Sales Manager include:
Meeting with 13 -15 customers per week
Selling business owners on the value of our product
Explaining our product and process through short, digital presentations
Conducting yourself with integrity and honesty
As an Advertising Sales Manager, you must use effective communication skills to build productive relationships with members of your community. You must also work well independently and practice effective time-management and organization skills.
Additional requirements of the Advertising Sales Manager include:
High School diploma; some college, preferred
B2B Sales, Direct Sales and/or Outside Sales experience, preferred
