Schlossmann Honda City is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our full-time staff as a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will provide crucial support to our group's top performer by providing administrative support, customer service, and after sale follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary expertise to manage schedules, customer service duties, prospecting leads, and after sale follow up. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and after sale support to current and potential customers
• Manage customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure that calls are answered and that follow-up calls are made on a scheduled basis
• Prospect leads using relevant contact databases and coordinate with sales team members to qualify leads
• Update records and relevant databases with customers’ information
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous professional experience in sales or sales support roles
• Familiarity with customer service principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented
